Job Description
Build production NLP pipelines powering a next-generation customer-support automation platform.
What you'll do
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs on domain data
- Design evaluation harnesses and offline benchmarks
- Partner with engineering on inference stack
- Present findings to stakeholders
What we're looking for
- MSc/PhD in ML, NLP or related
- 3+ years applied NLP
- Strong Python, PyTorch and Hugging Face
- Track record shipping models to production
Nice to have
- RAG and agentic system experience
