International Trade & Supply Chain Specialist
Job Description
Our client is hiring an International Trade & Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate international trade and logistics operations across import/export processes, customs documentation, freight coordination and shipment tracking.
You will work closely with customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify process improvements, support supply chain efficiency and monitor operational KPIs.
This role also contributes to the implementation and improvement of foreign-trade systems and ERP processes. This is a confidential search managed by Telentra. Full client details are shared with shortlisted candidates.

What you'll do
- Coordinate end-to-end international trade and logistics operations
- Manage import/export processes and customs documentation
- Arrange freight coordination, shipment tracking and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams
- Identify process improvements and support supply chain efficiency
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Contribute to implementation and improvement of foreign-trade and ERP systems
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of direct experience managing import/export operations
- Hands-on experience with door-to-door shipments, DI/LI processes and customs clearance
- Proven track record coordinating freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers and overseas suppliers
- Experience supporting or implementing international trade, ERP or supply chain systems
- Strong knowledge of international freight regulations and documentation
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
