Job Description
Telentra is retained on a confidential executive search for a Chief Operating Officer to run day-to-day operations and scale delivery across multiple business units.
This is a board-facing appointment reporting directly into the CEO, with significant influence over strategy, culture and long-term value creation.

What you'll do
- Own operational P&L, delivery and service quality
- Design the operating model and governance rhythm
- Lead functional heads across delivery, supply chain and support
- Drive automation and efficiency programmes
- Partner with the CEO on growth and expansion plans
What we're looking for
- 12+ years senior operational leadership, including COO or equivalent
- Experience scaling multi-country operations
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven record improving margin and service performance
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a private-equity or venture-backed environment
- International leadership exposure
- Non-executive or advisory board experience
