R&D Project Manager

We're looking for a talented "R&D Project Manager" to join our client's team, driving successful initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of projects in a dynamic, global environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably a university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other related fields.

Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis skills.

Experience with relational databases, especially SQL Server.

Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related data science technologies.

Experience with R&D Center processes, project management, and funding program management.

Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SharePoint, and basic software concepts.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

Team-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and in a dynamic environment.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIESManage the complete project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing, to ensure that planned results are achieved on time and within budget.

Act as the primary point of contact for projects, providing regular updates to all project stakeholders and serving as the initial contact point for project-related escalations.

Analyze and translate business requirements into system specifications for new applications and projects.

Develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Optimization, and other related technologies in alignment with stakeholders, business units, and regional teams.

Ensure that R&D and funding program solutions are created, aligned, and documented on time and in line with quality expectations, according to business and IT program/project priorities.

Ensure that R&D and new technology solutions are operational and maintained in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Plan and coordinate R&D processes that support and advance the company’s AI and ML strategy across the enterprise.

Coordinate the preparation and submission of academic publications to relevant literature and platforms.

Apply for European Union consortiums, local technology programs, and Ministry of Industry and Technology funding programs in line with the company strategy.

Manage patent, trademark, and utility model registration processes related to R&D projects.

Monitor the performance of R&D products and identify areas for improvement.

Support regulatory processes related to the Ministry of Industry and Technology, including periodic reporting requirements.
