Job Description
Our client is hiring a Change Management Lead to lead the people side of large-scale transformation programmes.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving, people-centred environment where creativity, collaboration and measurable outcomes matter equally.

What you'll do
- Build change strategies, impact assessments and stakeholder maps
- Design communication and engagement plans
- Run readiness assessments and training rollouts
- Coach sponsors and change champions
- Report on adoption metrics and residual risk
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in change management on enterprise programmes
- Certification such as Prosci or equivalent
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
- Experience with technology or operating-model change
Nice to have
- Experience in an international consultancy or in-house transformation function
- Additional European language
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking experience
