Our client, a confidential global leadership and innovation consultancy, is hiring a Creative Leadership & Transformation Facilitator to design and deliver high-impact workshops that help organisations improve collaboration, creativity and human-centered leadership.
The role focuses on facilitating strategic conversations, innovation sessions and organisational change initiatives across international client teams.

What you'll do
- Design and deliver workshops, learning experiences and innovation sessions for leadership teams
- Facilitate strategic conversations that unlock collaboration and creative problem solving
- Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives end to end
- Coach senior leaders on human-centered leadership practices
- Apply design thinking methods to complex business and culture challenges
- Measure workshop impact and iterate on programme design
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in facilitation, coaching, consulting or creative leadership
- Experience designing workshops and learning experiences
- Strong skills in design thinking and human-centered approaches
- Proven track record leading team and organisational transformation
- Resume optimised with facilitation, coaching and transformation keywords
- Application documents: statement of purpose, tailored cover letter, skills & certification summary, and a short professional bio
Nice to have
- Certification in coaching, design thinking or change management
- Experience working across multicultural, multi-site organisations
- Fluency in French alongside English
