Our client is hiring a Organisational Development Consultant to diagnose organisational health and design interventions that improve culture, structure and performance.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving, people-centred environment where creativity, collaboration and measurable outcomes matter equally.

What you'll do
- Run organisational diagnostics using interviews, surveys and workshops
- Design and deliver change interventions with senior sponsors
- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions
- Build capability frameworks and operating rhythms
- Track adoption and report on measurable outcomes
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in organisational development or management consulting
- Experience designing and facilitating change programmes
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- Comfort with data-led diagnostics and reporting
Nice to have
- Experience in an international consultancy or in-house transformation function
- Additional European language
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking experience
