Job Description
Telentra is retained on a confidential executive search for a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance strategy, reporting and capital planning for a growth-stage group.
This is a board-facing appointment reporting directly into the CEO, with significant influence over strategy, culture and long-term value creation.

What you'll do
- Own financial strategy, planning and analysis
- Lead reporting, audit, tax and treasury
- Support fundraising, M&A and investor relations
- Strengthen controls, governance and risk management
- Build and mentor the finance leadership team
What we're looking for
- 12+ years senior finance leadership including CFO or Finance Director
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- Experience with fundraising, M&A or IPO readiness
- Strong board and investor communication skills
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a private-equity or venture-backed environment
- International leadership exposure
- Non-executive or advisory board experience
