Job Description

Telentra is retained on a confidential executive search for a Chief People Officer to own the global people agenda across talent, culture, reward and organisational design.

This is a board-facing appointment reporting directly into the CEO, with significant influence over strategy, culture and long-term value creation.

What you'll do

  • Set and deliver the global people strategy
  • Lead talent acquisition, development, reward and employee relations
  • Advise the CEO and board on organisational design and culture
  • Own people analytics and workforce planning
  • Build and lead a distributed HR leadership team

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years in HR leadership with time as a CHRO or CPO
  • Track record scaling people functions internationally
  • Board-level communication and influencing skills
  • Strong grounding in employment law and governance across multiple markets

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a private-equity or venture-backed environment
  • International leadership exposure
  • Non-executive or advisory board experience
