Job Description
Telentra is retained on a confidential executive search for a Chief Technology Officer to set the technology vision and lead engineering, architecture and security at scale.
This is a board-facing appointment reporting directly into the CEO, with significant influence over strategy, culture and long-term value creation.

What you'll do
- Define and deliver the multi-year technology roadmap
- Lead engineering, platform, data and security functions
- Own architectural standards, reliability and cyber posture
- Manage build-versus-buy and vendor strategy
- Represent technology to the board, customers and investors
What we're looking for
- 12+ years in engineering leadership, including CTO or VP Engineering
- Experience scaling cloud platforms and engineering organisations
- Strong security, compliance and reliability track record
- Excellent executive and investor communication
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a private-equity or venture-backed environment
- International leadership exposure
- Non-executive or advisory board experience
