Job Description
Telentra is retained on a confidential executive search for a Managing Director, EMEA to own regional P&L, growth strategy and market expansion across EMEA.
This is a board-facing appointment reporting directly into the CEO, with significant influence over strategy, culture and long-term value creation.

What you'll do
- Own the EMEA P&L and growth targets
- Build and lead the regional leadership team
- Develop key client and partner relationships
- Set go-to-market strategy for new markets
- Ensure regulatory and governance compliance across the region
What we're looking for
- 12+ years commercial leadership with regional P&L ownership
- Proven record entering and scaling new markets
- Strong network across EMEA
- Fluent English plus at least one regional language
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a private-equity or venture-backed environment
- International leadership exposure
- Non-executive or advisory board experience
