Job Description
Our client is hiring a Leadership Development Programme Manager to own the design and delivery of leadership academies and management development pathways.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving, people-centred environment where creativity, collaboration and measurable outcomes matter equally.

What you'll do
- Design multi-module leadership programmes for managers and senior leaders
- Curate faculty, coaches and external partners
- Manage programme budgets, logistics and vendor relationships
- Facilitate selected modules personally
- Evaluate learning impact and business outcomes
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in leadership development or corporate learning
- Hands-on facilitation experience with senior audiences
- Strong programme and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with 360 feedback and psychometric tools
Nice to have
- Experience in an international consultancy or in-house transformation function
- Additional European language
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking experience
