Job Description
Our client is hiring a Design Thinking & Innovation Coach to embed design thinking practice inside product, service and transformation teams.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving, people-centred environment where creativity, collaboration and measurable outcomes matter equally.

What you'll do
- Coach cross-functional teams through discovery, ideation and prototyping
- Run innovation sprints and customer-immersion sessions
- Build internal facilitator capability through train-the-trainer programmes
- Create reusable toolkits, canvases and playbooks
- Advise leaders on innovation portfolio decisions
What we're looking for
- 5+ years coaching teams in design thinking or human-centered design
- Portfolio of facilitated sprints and innovation workshops
- Excellent remote facilitation skills
- Experience creating learning toolkits and playbooks
Nice to have
- Experience in an international consultancy or in-house transformation function
- Additional European language
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking experience
