Job Description
Our client is hiring a Executive Coach, Talent Strategy to coach senior executives and shape talent strategy for high-growth client organisations.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving, people-centred environment where creativity, collaboration and measurable outcomes matter equally.

What you'll do
- Deliver one-to-one and team coaching for executives
- Design succession and talent review processes
- Facilitate leadership team offsites
- Advise HR and boards on capability gaps
- Contribute to coaching methodology and quality standards
What we're looking for
- 8+ years coaching senior leaders, with recognised accreditation
- Deep understanding of talent strategy and succession planning
- Experience facilitating board and executive team sessions
- Discretion handling confidential engagements
Nice to have
- Experience in an international consultancy or in-house transformation function
- Additional European language
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking experience
